Government Fees and Charges

• Many of the services offered by FACCS attract State or Federal Government fees.

• These fees change frequently and are almost impossible to maintain in a single database.

• In this price list, unless otherwise specifically included, government fees will be added to your invoice or charged to your credit card at the rate applicable at the time of processing.

• For Trusts, your FACCS summary page will show the NSW stamp duty. Your invoice will be adjusted up or down to reflect the specific state duty.

• If requested FACCS will advise you of the estimated Govt fees for an order.

• It is a condition of placing an order with FACCS that you accept these additional fees.


 

GST is included in all FACCS fees.
GST is not payable on government fees
