If you specifically request us to retain information, this information will be securely held until such time as you ask us to destroy the information.

- Any employee or contractor of FACCS undertaking any activity relating to the implementation of your instructions. All FACCS employees and contractors are bound to keep all information confidential; and
- Any government body that requests information (eg. the ASIC for the registration of companies), where any relevant law requires the provision of such information, and
- Townsends Business & Corporate Lawyers to enable them to provide debt collection legal services to you and for the purpose of providing you with access to their business law educational publications and services.
We will only communicate with you if you have consented to it and we understand your consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Our Internet service provider may record your details when you use our website. Such details may include the date and time of your visit together with your server address and domain name. This information will not be kept in a form enabling you to be identified, and is used for the Internet service provider's statistical purposes only.
