Privacy issues and protection of your privacy are very important to us. Therefore, Formation and Corporate Compliance Services Pty Ltd ("FACCS") is dedicated to providing the strongest safeguards of any personal information provided by you to FACCS.

The way you instruct us to undertake certain matters is by completing the relevant order form which may be paper based or through our website. Paper based order forms may be transmitted by facsimile or mail. You may also email us an order form.

For us to comply with any of your instructions, we collect information from the forms you have provided including certain personal information about you. We may also collection personal information with regards to other shareholders, directors, public officers, settlors, trustees, beneficiaries and testators which you have provided to us in the order form.

In all circumstances, FACCS only collects personal information that is specific to the service provided and that has been provided by you to FACCS.

This information is treated confidentially and may be used for a variety of purposes, arranging from requests for information to delivery of completed products. All such information will be retained by FACCS until it is no longer required, after which it will be securely destroyed.

You may specifically request that we retain any or all information which is provided by you so we may help you in the future with any specific request you ask. If you specifically request us to retain information, this information will be securely held until such time as you ask us to destroy the information.

We will not disclose any information to any third party with the exception of:-

1. Any employee or contractor of FACCS undertaking any activity relating to the implementation of your instructions. All FACCS employees and contractors are bound to keep all information confidential; and
2. Any government body that requests information (eg. the ASIC for the registration of companies), where any relevant law requires the provision of such information, and
3. Townsends Business & Corporate Lawyers to enable them to provide debt collection legal services to you and for the purpose of providing you with access to their business law educational publications and services.

We will only communicate with you if you have consented to it and we understand your consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Our Internet service provider may record your details when you use our website. Such details may include the date and time of your visit together with your server address and domain name. This information will not be kept in a form enabling you to be identified, and is used for the Internet service provider's statistical purposes only.
