Please note that FACCS is unable to provide Legal Advice. We work very closely with these professionals and we are happy to introduce you to our Solicitors, Accountants or Financial Planners if you are seeking professional advice.

Our documentation is being constantly reviewed and updated as Government requirements change and specifically complies with the Corporations Act 2001. After review for data entry errors, our documentation is totally computer generated and printed uniformly throughout by high quality printing in an easily readable font. Binding is of a high quality and of professional appearance. By having multiple classes of shares within the standard package, you retain maximum flexibility at minimum cost.

There are 3 different company formation offerings to suit your differing needs. Each includes a full Constitution.

These are not "automated" offerings. A human reviews each order form for completion and accuracy before it is processed

Immediately following company registration, we can also arrange registration for the following Australian Taxation Office requirements.
