Change Company Details - Overview

Each year Company Directors are required to confirm and update Company Records to ensure that the ASIC registers are accurately maintained. Fees are paid to ASIC for this service. Late fee penalties may be applied.

Additionally, maintenance is required frequently within the year. Many of these changes also require ASIC notification within a set time period. Late fee penalties may be applied.

Some examples are:

• The Company address changes
• The Company registered office changes
• Directors resign or new directors are appointed
• Shareholders sell some or all of their shares to another party
• Shares are issued to new shareholders
• Shareholder information changes
• A new class of shares is issued
