Each year Company Directors are required to confirm and update Company Records to ensure that the ASIC registers are accurately maintained. Fees are paid to ASIC for this service. Late fee penalties may be applied.

Additionally, maintenance is required frequently within the year. Many of these changes also require ASIC notification within a set time period. Late fee penalties may be applied.

  • Directors resign or new directors are appointed
