Additional Directors and/or Shareholders

The FACCS secure integrated system allows for up to 4 Shareholders or Directors or both. Additional Directors or Shareholders are handled as an expection and there is an additional fee for this service. When completing the Company Order Form, you need to do nothing differently. Simply continue to add Shareholders and/or Directors and the FACCS team will implement your instructions.

FACCS will bill you for the additional fees for the additional Shareholders or Directors.

ATO Registrations at the time of formation of a New Company

The ATO has a number of registrations required. Upon your instruction, FACCS can arrange the required registrations for TFN, GST, ABN and PAYG. When you provide FACCS with the additional detail required by the ATO the same day, we will generally be able to include your ABN with your company.

Under the ATO guidelines, the ATO has 28 days to provide you with the rest of the material.

Your principal deliverable from FACCS is your ABN number when we receive it from the ATO.

Once this has been issued by the ATO, then the rest of the registrations follow directly from ATO to you.

FACCS offers a reduced fee for ATO registrations at the same time as the formation of a company.

FACCS Database Registration and Company Records Maintenance

FACCS will automatically register any FACCS prepared company in the secure FACCS database.

If your company has not been previously registered in the FACCS database, then FACCS will lodge a search on the ASIC database, extract the details about your company and enter these details into the FACCS database. We will contact you for any essential missing detail.

Thereafter you will be able to conveniently instruct FACCS to maintain your company via a precise email to FACCS.

This step is required before FACCS can undertake any maintenance on companies that were not formed by FACCS.

Once your company is registered on the FACCS database, provided your payment of the annual FACCS maintenance fee is current, FACCS will undertake any reasonable ASIC Pty Ltd company changes without any further FACCS fees.

ASIC fees will continue to be at your expense. Go to ASIC Fees to determine the FACCS understanding of the current common ASIC Fees. Of course, you will be required to pay whatever the ASIC fees are at the time of the transaction.

Your deliverable from FACCS is the FACCS record of having completed the required documentation with the ASIC.

Upon receipt of the material requested on our maintenance page and your detailed instructions FACCS will submit the changes to the ASIC for you. We will then send you documentation that shows we have completed this process. This is the deliverable you receive from FACCS. However, you can subsequently request a printout from our database for a small fee.

If required (for example, for a new director) the ASIC may also send you directly an appropriate response in the mail.

Business Registration Management

Includes documentation completed to meet the requirements of the respective state body. We will send this documentation to you for signature and forwarding with your cheque for any fees.

Internet Domain Name Registration

The Standard Offering includes:

• Registration in the selected top level domain
• Two attempts to secure a suitable domain name are included
• Two (2) years Domain Name Registration fee
• Printed copy of the Domain Name Registration approval

Discretionary Trusts, Unit Trusts, Hybrid Trusts

The Standard Presentation includes:

• Discretionary (Family) Trust or Unit Trust
• Three Ring Binder to match your Company Binder
• Your trust name on the Cover and Spine
• Three (3) copies of the Trust Deed
• Delivery of the Kit by Registered Mail or Overnight Post
